According to the above, our return policy is that THERE ARE NO RETURNS. However, in particular cases and as long as the item is in the same condition that you received it, we can make an exception, depending on the case, through item exchange.
Contact us by email or WhatsApp to see if the item you want to return is eligible for exchange, at the latest 15 days after purchase. If accepted, the customer assumes the shipping costs.
If your item(s) have been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out, or returned to us after 15 days from the purchase date – we reserve the right to not process the exchange
