TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Switzerland and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 01. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
02. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of submitting your order, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Taxes and delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

We must receive payments in full before items are dispatched.
04. Discount Codes Account Discount Codes
Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.
05. Condition of Items
The essence of OlaVintage is to give a second chance to pieces of clothes have been worn and therefore they will show the scares of its vintage nature. In general our pieces are clean, ready to wear and in good shape. We will do our best to provide accurate information about the condition of our products. Additionally, for local costumers and based on time availability, we can offer a visit to our warehouse so the costumer could try the cloths before buying.
06. Cancellation or Amendment of Orders
Because we run a fully automated order picking, packing, and dispatch system we cannot make any amendments or cancel orders once they have been submitted, as they are already on their way to you. However, you can contact us by email or WhatsApp to see if the item you want to return is eligible for money devolution or exchange, at the latest 15 days after purchase.
If you want to cancel your contract, please contact us via email at info@olavintage.com quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you. In all cases, the goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. All goods are inspected on their return.
Returns Policy
OlaVintage offers you unique clothes in style and quality that have survived over time, and is this precisely makes them so special and irreplaceable. We carefully select these fashion treasures, which we then share with you for a really cheap price: if you don´t believe us, just compare! That’s why, you should keep in mind that there may always be a slight imperfection in our items; however, we consider them as part of the vintage charm.
If you are interested in one or more garments, we invite you to stop by our store located at Wasgenring 45, 4055 Basel so you can try it on personally. If this is not possible we can also arrange a video call, whichever is best for you!
According to the above, our return policy is that THERE ARE NO RETURNS. However, in particular cases and as long as the item is in the same condition that you received it, we can make an exception, depending on the case, through item exchange.
Contact us by email or WhatsApp to see if the item you want to return is eligible for exchange, at the latest 15 days after purchase. If accepted, the customer assumes the shipping costs.
If your item(s) have been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out, or returned to us after 15 days from the purchase date – we reserve the right to not process the exchange.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
08. Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and OlaVintage. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owner of OlaVintage.
